The programme

Our commercial graduate positions provide the opportunity to gain hands on experience in the oil refining industry. The roles are challenging and interesting, in an environment where customer demands have to be met and you will be making a real impact on business decisions and strategy from day one. This makes the work very rewarding when goals are achieved.

Our graduate programme offers a comprehensive and carefully structured professional development scheme.

We offer a highly competitive salary and some of the industry’s best training and development opportunities, including:

  • Mentoring
  • Departmental rotations
  • Funding for additional training
  • Challenging work that you won’t get in other industries

It is likely you will work in three roles over a three year period, giving you direct experience and responsibility in a wide range of positions within Marketing, Retail, Finance, Planning and Scheduling.
